We are a team of two: an artist and a roaster. We wanted to stay true to our passions, so together we built delicate.

We plan to release new beans seasonally. Our target roast aims to highlight acidity at the forefront and showcase any other flavors within each bean, from fruit to florals. Each coffee falls into the light side of the roasting spectrum.

For us, protecting our craft means sharing it, so we're committed to nourishing our communities by sharing art, supporting creators, and building connections over a cup of coffee.
